Erected on the hill of the same name and situated next to a lazaretto abandoned in the 19th century, the church has a rectangular hall and a square presbytery. The church survived the earthquake of 1976 and was then restored. It still houses frescoes painted by Domenico Fabris in the triumphal arch, in the intrados and in the choir (dating back to the 19th century).
