Church of Santa Maria Maddalena (Flagogna)

This church is dedicated to Holy Mary Magdalene and dates back to a votive construction in 1663. I was destroyed by a flood of the Tagliamento river and was then rebuilt further upstream, in 1821. It was destroyed once again by the earthquake of 1976, and was rebuilt with modern architectural lines and then inaugurated in 2009. The ancient bell tower, which is positioned in front of the church, dates back to the 15th century and marks the borderline with the structure of the previous church that was located to the east of the current one.
