The parish church of Pignano, which is accessed via a long staircase consisting of 90 steps, has a typically late 18th century structure, with a salient facade and, inside, a single nave. The bell tower, made of stone from Ragogna, dates back to 1510 (but was restored in 1883). The church retains some interesting, although very damaged, frescoes painted by Gianfrancesco da Tolmezzo dating back to 1502 (in the back wall of the apse, behind the altar) and frescoes made by Domenico Fabris (dating back to 1863). Also noteworthy is the stone high altar, made by Daniele Sabbadini di Pinzano in the last decade of the 18th century.
