The current building, with the simple facade and the bell tower flanked on the right side, was built in the 18th century on the remains of the ancient parish church, whose origins can be traced back to the early medieval, Lombard or Carolingian age. On the inside there is a holy water stoup made by Giovanni Antonio Pilacorte (dating back to 1504) and the remains of some 16th century frescoes. In the polygonal apse, with a ribbed vault, a painted stone altar made by Carlo da Carona in 1530 is also visible.
